Novità e Call for Papers
altrelettere è una rivista online dedicata all’italianistica e agli studi di genere ospitata dall’Università di Zurigo all’indirizzo www.altrelettere.uzh.ch. Fondata già nel 2012 altrelettere è una rivista pionieristica nella pratica dell’open access, che unisce il rigore scientifico alla pratica di diffusione gratuita online del sapere. A otto anni dalla sua fondazione, la rivista si prepara ora a crescere ulteriormente, pronta ancora una volta a sperimentare nuove forme.
Il comitato scientifico è lieto di comunicare che altrelettere è ora ospitata sulla nuova piattaforma HOPE (Hauptbibliothek Open Publishing Environment) dell’Università di Zurigo. La nuova collocazione non solo aumenta la visibilità della rivista, permettendone l’indicizzazione su tutti i maggiori repertori bibliografici e tramite i più diffusi motori di ricerca, ma consente anche una migliore gestione dei materiali, offrendo tra l’altro nuove modalità di ricerca fra i materiali pubblicati e la sottomissione automatizzata degli articoli, in quattro lingue.

Il comitato scientifico esamina gli articoli ricevuti alla fine di ogni mese. I contributi possono essere inviati in ogni momento dell’anno e verranno pubblicati online subito dopo la loro accettazione definitiva.

altrelettere is an online journal dedicated to Italian Studies and Gender Studies, and is hosted by the University of Zurich at www.altrelettere.uzh.ch. Founded in 2012, altrelettere is a pioneer in the area of open journal access, uniting scientific rigor with the practice of free online dissemination of scholarship. Now at eight years since its foundation, the journal is preparing to grow even further, ready once again to experiment in new areas.]
The Editorial Board is pleased to announce that altrelettere is now hosted on the new HOPE (Hauptbibliothek Open Publishing Environment) platform of the University of Zurich. The new hosting arrangement not only increases the journal’s visibility, indexing it on all the major bibliographic repositories and search engines, but also allows for easier management of our materials, including, among other things, new ways to search past issues and automatic submission of articles in four languages.
We eagerly await your contributions for the 2020 academic year, which you can submit directly through our website: www.altrelettere.uzh.ch. Simply click on the “info / à propos / about / über uns” section and then on “proposte / soumissions / submissions / Beitragseinreichung” for an explanation of our process!
The Editorial Board reviews submitted articles at the end of each month. Submissions can be sent at any time of year and will be published online immediately upon final acceptance.
